SHT-İHA, Chapter Five
Chapter Five of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Instruction (SHT-İHA), which entered into force on 30 July 2026, is dedicated entirely to İHATTYS. Article 21 of the instruction defines İHATTYS as: "a digital platform established to centrally monitor, register and autonomously manage unmanned aircraft traffic in Turkish airspace, operated under a single-authority structure."
